Urgent tenancy take over

Hi lovely’s , I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy here at oxley hall as I need to move home. The rent is already payed up until January but can move in whenever . The rent is £75 a week you can pay weekly monthly or in instalments. The kitchen bathroom and toilet is shared however the girls are so clean and so lovely it dosent feel shared . There is outside parking I have payed for so if u have a car u would get my permit for free. My room has a lush view on a nighttime with the best sunsets so it has its perks . There is Also a sink in the room with a big mirror .
