The flat is in Horsforth Woodside, the room is a very large double with en-suite. Unfurnished so you’d just have to provide a bed, side table and anything else you like! A parking permit is also included in the price!
Shared living space is an open plan kitchen and living room with a balcony overlooking a stream - beautiful all year round!
Rent is £495 and around £200 per month extra for council tax (band B) and bills.
I’m looking for someone who is friendly, clean and tidy and would also like to make a friend! I love having my own space but also love staying in, watching tv and chatting with a few drinks!
I work 10-7 most days with the odd late shift finishing at 11 - I work for itv news as a director and editor.
