Flat near the city

Need someone to take over from my housemate who's moving down to London. House is a short walk from the town centre, the uni and shops. Easy roads to drive out of town for work if needed too. Shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen. I try to keep things tidy and clean, but I've lived with all sorts so not too stressed if you make a mess 🤣

Rent is £475 + Bills, Council Tax band B, and move in should be around the 5th of Feb, but may change by a few days either way depending on my housemate. Happy to help out how I can with the move, there's a parking spot for the flat, plus I've got a permit and a visitor permit to park on the road round the side so if you have a car you're free to take it.
