About the property - 20-30min walk along the canal to town (10 min walk from the docks) close to Piglove Brewery and the climate innovation district. Clean, modern and energy efficient with ample storage including a garage with washer and dryer. Parking space each included. Landlord is really responsive and approachable. Shared spacious bathroom with bath, shared living and kitchen area.
About me - I am a respectful, friendly and clean housemate who works in town full time (2 days usually from home, I can be flexible with these) I enjoy running, reading and trying new food places
