Shared flat, living with three girls and a very cute dog! The flat is very clean, has great facilities, and the landlord is quick to respond to any maintenance requests.

The building is very secure, there is a lock to the building, flat, and individual rooms. The area is lovely, neighboring a church and facing a park with lots of greenery. The flat used to be part of the church so aesthetically is very pretty.

The flat itself is very nicely decorated, with lots of plants, flowers, fairy lights and posters. The other flatmates are very clean and tidy, and are all lovely. Sarge the dog is very cute, he is quiet, well-behaved, and well-trained, and will stay out of your bedroom. He belongs to one of the other flatmates, you will never be responsible for taking care of him.

In terms of location, the flat is only a five minute walk from University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University, three minute walk from Leeds Arts University and Leeds Student Medical Practice, and five minute walk from Blenheim Tesco's. There is also a corner shop at the end of the street which is usually open, very handy!

Admin: The property is council tax band B. Bills (unlimited use of water, electricity, heat, Wi-Fi, etc.) are not included in the price of rent, and are £98. There will be no additional fees for taking over tenancy from me.

The flat is open to anyone, not just students. Overall the property and girls are amazing, I am only leaving as I have a job opportunity elsewhere. I have some video tours of the flat, so please do get in touch for those, or any more info or photos! :)
