I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a female only and student only en-suite room in a shared flat in the Woodhouse area (LS2 9EP), just 8 minutes’ walk to the University of Leeds.

The room is around 12 sqm, fully furnished, with a private bathroom, and is comfortable for both studying and relaxing. Rent original is £149 per week, all bills included (including broadband).

The flat has a clean and well-equipped shared kitchen, multiple fridges, and a washer-dryer. Current flatmates are friendly postgraduate and undergraduate students from different backgrounds, creating a quiet and pleasant living environment.

Available from late February 2026, with a flexible contract of around 6 months (negotiable).
