3 professionals looking for a like-minded, friendly and sociable 4th tennant.
We are currently looking for a new person to join our household in our gorgeous Edwardian home, which boats tall ceilings, original mouldings and features as well as antique fireplaces. We are made up of one male and two females between the ages of 27 and 28. We enjoy hosting people for dinner parties, socialising in the communal areas (film nights etc.) while in the house and hiking, running, music events, nights out outside of the house!
Ideally, we would like someone who is open to spending time as a household, is tidy and clean (it's a big house and needs to be kept on top of!) and is working full time.
The room being let is a spacious double room featuring a sash window a fireplace, mantelpiece and picture rails. The room as standard is completely unfinished, however the current tenant is open to negotiating leaving some bits behind.
(I have included a picture of the room with and without furniture so you van get a better appreciation for it's size and potential orientation.

Bills and utilities include: water, gas, electricity and broadband.
