Looking for someone to take over my tenancy

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from February.

The flat is located in Headingley, one of the most popular and lively student areas in Leeds. It’s a 5-bedroom flat (currently 4 rooms occupied) with shared living room and kitchen. The property is managed by Unipol, which ensures a reliable and student-friendly letting experience.

All bills are included in the rent (student-only let). The flat also has a lovely garden, perfect for relaxing or having barbecues during the summer.

Headingley is a great neighborhood with excellent transport links to the city centre and the universities, plenty of shops, cafés, bars, gyms and supermarkets, and a strong student community. It’s ideal if you want a social but comfortable place to live.
