2. Private Sublet Arrangement
• If you choose not to go through the official contract, full payment for the entire period must be made upfront.
• Liability: Please be aware that private subletting carries inherent risks (as it may violate building policies). All risks associated with this arrangement are entirely the responsibility of the subtenant.
