This is a purpose-built student accommodation and the tenancy is suitable for a student seeking a full academic-year stay. The tenancy transfer will be handled through the landlord/management, subject to approval. The studio is within around a 10-minute walk to major supermarkets including Tesco, Sainsbury’s and a large Aldi. This tenancy includes free use of the on-site washing machines and dryers.
Security deposit: £500 (protected with a deposit protection scheme).
