I am currently living at Spinners Yard and I’m looking to move into a two-bedroom apartment within the same development and buddy up with a like minded flatmate.

About the Apartment
The two-bedroom apartment would cost approximately £697 per month (per person).
Bills are around £330 per month total, depending on usage, which would be split equally, so roughly £160 each.
The deposit is £1600, which would also be shared accordingly.

About Me
I’m very respectful of personal space and boundaries. I value a peaceful, tidy, and comfortable living environment. I’m not someone who crowds the apartment with lots of friends or family. I prefer to keep home as a calm and private space.
