Looking for a roommate in a 3 bed share

A big room with good storage and comfortable bed. The kitchen and living room are quite spacious and cosy. There's a lovely backyard with a clothesline to dry clothes. It's a good location: 10-12 mins to Edward Boyle library, 15 mins to Abu Bakr, and 1-2 mins to Morrisons Daily. As flatmates, we are friendly and respectful to everyone's space. The common areas are mostly clean and we expect the same from a potential roommate.
