STUDENTS ONLY - YOU MUST ATTEND OR HAVE A PLACE AT INE OF THE UNIVERSITIES IN LEEDS TO OCCUPY THIS ROOM

I’m looking for someone to takeover my studio in the Foundry (LS3) for the next academic year. 26/27. The only reason I am finding a takeover is because my mum is terminally ill and I must return home to care for her.

£245 per week all bills included

Double occupancy, so works out £122.50 each per week.
It was great for me and my partner to share last year.

You can live there on your own too you don’t need 2 people.

15 minute walk from university of Leeds.

Quiet but social building ideal for study and socialisation. The staff are lovely.

I’ve lived there for the past year and rebooked the room and that price is rebooker pricing it cost me £320 a week last year.

If you was wanting dual occupancy and was to book through the website it’s £250 per person per week but as I have rebooked it’s all included in the £245.

The area is great with shops nearby such as a co-op, pubs, close to a retail park which has restaurants and an Aldi. It’s around a 15 min walk to the university of Leeds and the other universities. As well as a 15 minute walk to the city centre or a £6 uber.

The building is very clean and well maintained, with 24/7 security it also includes:
Gym
Study rooms
Lounge
Cinema rooms
Games room
Bike storage
Laundry room
Garden

There is also 2 car parks nearby which I have used this past year.

The room comes fully furnished with a sofa, TV, bin, table and chairs, desk, wardrobe and has loads of storage - it never felt cramped. The kitchen also has oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher.

I decided to add a small freezer for extra space which I would be happy to leave for you free of charge as well as a tall unit in the bathroom if you wanted, a small spice rack and a hoover. As well as any kitchen ware that’s all been lightly used. Of course if you wanted any of this 😁
