New flatmate, Lovell House, Apartment near town.

Hello! I am looking for a new flatmate to join me in renting.

The room on offer is a fully furnished double room with an ensuite (toilet and shower), featuring a lovely window floor to ceiling window for plenty of natural light (upgraded with some blackout blinds so you can sleep easy!).

The rest of the flat has a shared kitchen/living area, with a nice balcony space perfect for summer lounging. The living area also has floor to ceiling windows where it adjoins the balcony, bringing a lot of natural light as well. The flat has a washer/dryer, useful in colder months, and electric heaters in each room.

The flat is on the 'First floor' (the ground floor is considered -1) good for security, but not so high that its an inconvenience! The cladding on the building has been recently replaced, as well as upgrades to the internal doors making everything more fire safe. Soundproofing is also pretty good, we rarely hear much from the flats to the side, below or above us.

The whole building is located a mere 10 minute walk from the city centre, with an Aldi and Puregym within eyeline from the balcony, a park just around the corner, and a new cornershop with some essentials right at the base of the building.

I consider myself a considerable housemate! I'm pretty relaxed, I keep things clean, and can be social or independent as much as you wish!
