Hello. We’re looking for a new housemate (female/non binary preferred) to share our peaceful terraced house in Potternewton. We are Emily, Sarah, and Frody the cat. We’re relaxed, friendly and respectful of each others space and downtime and would like to find someone similar.

It’s a great area to live in, well connected, easy to get to town and a short walk to Chapel Allerton. The room is a spacious double on the first floor with a full sized private bathroom.

Theres plenty of storage space, light, your own bath, a sunny back yard and on street parking.

Rent is £550 pcm all bills included (electric paid up to £150 p/m).

We have another housemate who lives in a self contained flat on the top floor.
