Hi! We’re offering a lovely, newly refurbished 1-bed space that forms a private, self-contained part of our home. We are a couple (both health professionals with DBS checks). You will be living independently, rather than sharing with any housemates.

👀 Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to find a responsible, clean and tidy person who will take good care of this newly refurbished space. This would suit someone who would like their own space (not a busy house share) and is comfortable with being a 'lodger' rather than a 'tenant'

ℹ️ Important Info
This is a lodger arrangement (you’d be living within our home, but in a self-contained space)
We’re ideally looking for someone long-term (12 months+)
Referencing required (affordability, credit check, DBS, 2 x references)

Note on notice period:
As a lodger arrangement, it offers less formality than a tenancy, but we’re looking for someone who wants a stable, longer-term home and we’d always aim to be fair and reasonable.
