Looking for someone to take over the second room in this 2-bed 2-bath flat as my flatmate is moving out at the end of May.

It's a lovely apartment in the Holbeck Urban Village area, located just 8 mins from the Leeds train station.

The available room is a furnished double with its own private ensuite on the 8th floor of the apartment complex. The flat's amenities include a dishwasher and a washer/dryer and there's a dedicated maintenance team onsite for any issues. The flat is complete with its own little balcony.

Rent is inclusive of WiFi and other amenities like a gym on site, a coworking space on the ground floor, a little shared library, dedicated parcel lockers, a communal garden, and the building management team also organises events for the residents. There's also parking available for an additional fees well as bike storage.

Bills like water and electricity are additional, and combined with council tax comes in around £140 pp per month depending on usage.
Council tax - Band D.

The room will be available by June 1st, but the agreements need to be signed this month.

A bit about me - I am a 26 y/o marketing professional working 1-2 days in the office in the city centre and the rest wfh.

Work usually keeps me quite busy, but I also enjoy working out, exploring cafes, reading, and watching films/tv.

I am neat and respectful of shared spaces, and not too particular as long as shared amenities are kept tidy. I'm a pretty easy going person who enjoys socialising, but I also value my own space and time so I would like to find someone who shares the same preferences.
