Spacious room to rent in Leeds

Spacious room avalible to rent with an equally spacious living area, in the Bella Vue area of Leeds. One really lovely and chilled (and clean!) flatmate, and a great location - a quiet, leafy street that's walking distance from the city centre and Leeds Train Station, as well as just around the corner from Leeds University campus and Woodhouse Moor. I would absolutely stay on, but am taking the plunge and moving in with my girlfriend! Also has on street parking and a shared front garden. Council tax band C.
