A spacious furnished double room is available from the beginning of July, with the possibility to move in earlier from 29th June if needed. I will be moving out on the 28th June, so you could settle in before officially starting to pay rent from July onwards.

RENT: £411.66 per month, all bills included apart from electricity
BILLS (electricity): usually around £37.80 per month
DEPOSIT: £300

The agency requires 2 months’ notice if you decide to move out.

The room is quite large and comes fully furnished with:

I may also be able to leave some extra items for the new tenant, such as a large mirror and a few other useful things.
