Summer Tenancy Takeover: En-suite Room

I am looking for a female student to take over my en-suite room for the summer, as I am leaving Leeds in June.

Here are the details:
• Period: 9th June – 5th September
• Location: Burley Road Accommodation (LS3 1LN)
• Rent: £125 per week (All bills included!)
• Deposit: Likely no deposit required (Since I have already paid mine, but I will double-check and confirm this with the accommodation team once you're interested.)

Flatmates & Atmosphere:
You will be sharing the flat with three girls. They are very quiet, clean, and respectful, so you won't have to worry about any noise or disruption. It's a perfect environment for studying or relaxing over the summer.
