I have a flat to rent out VERY close to Leeds City Centre. The current flatmate has been living there for 12 months and the girl moving out is doing so as she has bought her first home.

The property has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, modern kitchen, lounge and balcony. The kitchen is fitted with a cooker, fridge, washing machine and a dishwasher. It also comes with PARKING for no extra cost (the car must be registered at the address to apply for a permit). The room offered is furnished with double bed and lots of storage including a built in cupboard and is neutrally decorated. It has large windows creating lots of light. Viewing is essential.

The rent is £375 pcm each including Electricity and Service Charge. The heating runs on a meter, which is great for budgeting and isn't very expensive. You'll find the flat is generally very warm without the heating on as its on the fourth floor and gets the sun all afternoon at the front of the property (great when sitting on the balcony during the summer).

Council tax is Band A and therefore very affordable. There are no fees to pay and the deposit is £500. I'm looking for a minimum of a 6 month contract.
