I’m looking for someone to take over my ensuite room at Broadcasting Tower, one of the most popular student accommodations in Leeds.

The contract was booked early at the end of 2025, so the price is much better than the current rate. I can no longer go this year due to personal reasons, so I’m looking for someone to take it over.

Location highlights:
• Around 10 minutes’ walk to the University of Leeds, especially convenient for Design, Music, Education and Business School students
• Around 15 minutes’ walk to the city centre, great for shopping, food and daily life
