The flat is just outside Leeds city centre, on the river front, so it's lovely and peaceful but still only around a 25-minute walk into the city centre, and around 15 minutes to Leeds Dock.

The bedroom is a fully furnished double room with:

• Double bed with four built-in storage drawers
• Wardrobe
• Dressing table with LED mirror
• Storage stool
• Two bedside tables
• Lamp
• New carpet
• Two large windows (with blinds)

You'll also have your own private bathroom, so you won't be sharing 🛁🫧

The flat is really bright and spacious with loads of natural light and a big balcony overlooking the river. The balcony has bi-fold doors that open right up, which is lovely when the weather's nice!! 🏞️

Rent includes absolutely everything - all bills, Wi-Fi, Netflix etc. 🍿

There's also loads of free guaranteed parking right outside the flat - so it’s perfect if you have a car! 🚗

A little about me … my friends would describe me as bubbly, approachable and always up for some fun! I love keeping busy, trying new things, getting out and about, and making the most of my weekends. I'd really love to find someone who's not just looking for somewhere to live, but someone who's also hoping to make a new friend.

The flat is a really calm and relaxed space. I love having a cosy home to come back to, so I'm looking for someone who respects each other's space and enjoys keeping things pretty chilled 🧘🏼‍♀️
