1 Bedroom to Rent

We’re 2 Leeds Beckett students looking for someone to take the 3rd room in our house.
Just to be upfront — we’re pretty social and like to smoke, drink, have friends over and occasionally have people stay the night, so we’re looking for someone who’s completely comfortable with that kind of vibe. If you’re looking for a super quiet, no-smoking, no-guests type of house, this probably isn’t the one 😭
Other than that, we’re very easygoing. No strict house rules or anything, just basic respect and keeping the shared spaces reasonably clean would be appreciated.
Looking for someone chill who’s happy to live in a relaxed, social house and do their own thing.
