Sociable housemate wanted up for a good laugh!

Potential housemates,

I'm Ronnie and I own the flat. It is a 3 bed but am keeping one of the rooms free as an old housemate is likely to move back in in a few months time. So am looking for another housemate as an old uni mate as soon as really.

A quick bit about myself..... I went to uni in Leeds and have stuck around and have been working the last 5 years as a doctor. I'm pretty outgoing and tend to frequent town most weekends when I'm around for food/bars. During the week I generally go for a few or food in headingley, play football/squash and just generally laze around with friends. Pretty normal stuff really.

I'm open to the other housemate being a girl or guy as long as you are sociable within the house and like being involved! We are ideally looking for a young professional with similar interests. I’m the landlord and am easygoing with most stuff so if something needs to get sorted it will get done!

About the flat.....3 bed property in a great location close and just far enough from all headingley has to offer. the surrounding area is a great estate with parking and outdoor space. The flat has a balcony, a large well furnished front room with sky sports/movies and dining table. The kitchen is spacious with dishwasher, washing machine and you're own bathroom at present. The room itself is well sized with a double bed, plenty of storage space and homely!
