Hi, We are looking for a housemate to move into a single room(£150) in a semi detached property.
There are two people living in the house. I am a spanish professional, pretty chilled and quite easy and friendly. There is a bus stop in front of the house, 20 minutes to Leeds Centre.
Local amenities include Asda, Lidl and Co-op shop that take 10-15 minutes walking away.
The single is a small room with a double bed and two wardrobes, but it is very comfortable. Rent will be £150 p/m plus bills.
Council, gas and electric and water is on a quaterly bases but split between 3 people it does not amount to much.
