Only 10/15 mins walk from Uni. Would suit post grad or an international/erasmus student. All bills included - gas, elec, water, 152mB wireless internet, large cable TV package and TV licence. Large well equipped kitchen/diner, large comfortable living room (with new samsung TV and leather sofas) and 2 bathrooms both with electric showers.
Good Spar very close, larger supermarket only 5 mins away and Hyde Park corner with shops, cafes and pubs only 5 mins walk away.
It is a friendly and happy household in a well kept, clean and tidy house.
