Would suit recent grad, post grad, intern or international student. There are 2 bathrooms, both with electric showers (one over the bath), comfortable living room with new samsung TV and huge cable TV package included, large well equipped kitchen/diner and all bills are included - gas, elec, water, massive 152MB wireless internet and TV. House is 5 mins walk to Hyde Park corner and 10-15 mins to Uni, city centre 25-35mins walk (or bus) and the housemates are all really nice!
