We're looking for a friendly house-mate (preferably with a dry sense of humour and liberal outlook) to move into a spare double room in our shared house in the heart of Meanwood.

It's a great area, walking distance from Headingley and with regular buses into town. There are a couple of nice bars and restaurants, 3 supermarkets, a taxi firm, a doctors surgery and plenty of other amenities all within a 5 minute walk.

There's off road parking, a good sized garden and nice decking area - along with the standard shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

The room is available now and rent includes all bills.
