Double room with own bathroom in Brewery Wharf

Hi! From October there will be a spare double bedroom and a bathroom, in a 2 double bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Brewery Wharf.
The flat is fully furnished at good standard, it is on the 4th floor with a balcony facing the ex Tetley's Brewery, within 15 minutes walk from the train station and city centre.
The rent is 375 per month plus expenses (council tax, bills) which usually amount to around £100 per month per person. The deposit is 400£.
There's secure car park available at the basement of the building, which if not used will be rented to lower the flat rent. If car parking will be required then it will add to your monthly rent (370+80+expenses).
Internet connection is available.
I'm a 41 years old italian man who works as a Researcher at St James's Hospital. I am looking for a very clean and tidy professional to share the flat with.
