Im a young proffesional who owns my own house, im currently renting my double room out to another young profesional however due to career progresion she is moving out, im looking for someone who is easy going tidy and respectfull like myself.
I work full time in Leeds city centre without set days off. I'm extremely house proud and enjoy having my boyfriend/friends round every now and again.
The room available is a double bedroom with fully fitted large sliding wardrobes unfortunately no space for a desk however I would accept a student.
It takes approx 5 minutes on the bus to the city centre or a 15 minute walk.
I am happy to consider short term lets also.
