1 room in friendly houseshare - female preferred

Hi,
I have a double bedroom available in a nice and well decorated four bedroom house in Meanwood - close to Waitrose, East of Arcadia and Alfred etc.

Currently there is myself, live in landlord, as well as a female tenant who rents 2 rooms, so we are looking for a third member of the household.

Over the last few years it has been a pretty quite house, the party days are gone really, and we are looking for considerate, calm & tidy female housemate who would be happy to socialise while of course having a life outside the household too.

We prefer longer rentals rather than 3-6 months stays just because it takes time to get to now each other.

There is a small but cute kitchen, nice dining room (solid wood table and chairs, good music set up etc.) and nice lounge with plenty of sofas and a wood burning stove. To the back is a well maintained yard with benches, chiminea, BBQ etc. It's definitely a 'homely' house rather than the standard young professional flat-share and as such we are keen to find someone who appreciates this and contributes to keeping things tidy and clean.

The room is the large loft room double, the roof was redone last year so it has a big velum window and is nicely insulated now.
