Share with 3 very friendly young female, graduate professionals. There are 2 bathrooms, big living room with 32 inch Samsung TV included and well equipped kitchen/diner shared with a total of just 4 tenants. Plenty of on-street parking is available outside the house.
Since the photo there is a new bed and memory foam mattress.
Gas, electric, water, TV, TV licence and council tax bills are included in the rent but the tenants share and pay for their own internet and TV package.
There is a decent Spar 100m from the house and plenty of other shops, cafes and pubs etc close by.
