Short-term let: room in shared student house

We have a lovely cosy double room available in our spacious house share in a great central location in Leeds. Just ten minutes' walk from the buzz of the city's shopping and nightlife, the house is super-handy for both the universities and Northern School of Contemporary Dance. There's a nice garden and on-road resident parking, and all bills are included with the rent - TV licence, electricity, broadband and water.

If you and a friend are on the look-out for two rooms, we have another similar room available in the same house, and we're very happy to take short-term lets, e. g. for Erasmus students etc.
