Double Room to let in lovely old house

Hi there,

A small double room available from November in my lovely old terrace house in the Luxors.

You will be sharing with two young professionals, one a Nurse at St James' and the other a university lecturer and academic.

So if you like an open fire, piano, house plants, etc... please get in touch. Actually, the house plants have died. It was a sad time. Over-watered, I think.

Rent included all bills.
Prospective tenants must be in full-time employment.
