£280 p/m double bedroom available April-July.

Hey guys,
This ad is for a £416 room being offered at £280. 😊 The other tenants are all girls so I'm looking for a girl to fill my room preferably.

The bedroom has a wall of windows which means it has plenty of light.

The room has a double bed, desk with chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and mirror. It is on the third floor so is very secure. The landlord doesn't mind if you paint, nail things to the wall or rearrange the room so you can get creative.

The biggest bathroom is below on the second floor, this has an enclosed shower, mirror, toilet, sink and bathroom cabinet. Another bathroom with the same facilities are on the first floor.

Also on the first floor is a tumble dryer and washing machine.
The use of these are included in the rent.

The kitchen and living room are in the basement. It's very well ventilated and well lit. Kitchen comes with modern furnishings, sink, oven, two fridges and two freezers. There is also a dishwasher- no more washing of dishes!
