Fantastic room in quiet block

Ensuite room with built in furniture in a shared flat that has access to a shared living room and kitchen, used by only 4 other people.

The flat comes with all bills inclusive and free maintenance so any problems are solved really fast, even if it is just changing a light bulb.

The complex has a main office in its centre and any parcels go to the office so you never have to make a trip to the post office.

Outside of office hours there are security guards that keep the complex safe and will come help you with any problems no matter the time.

The flat is really quiet which is fantastic for completing work and revising for exams.

There is a lift giving access to all floors, so you don't have to worry about carrying loads of heavy bags upstairs.

The room is on the first floor at the back of the complex so you don't hear any noise from people coming in late.

The current flatmates are really quiet and friendly. There is a great atmosphere in the flat and we sometimes have movie nights in the living room or have dinners together.

There is secure parking if required and access to all areas requires a buzzer making it really safe.

There is a social hub that has a massive TV, pool table, fussball table and vending machines so you can easily get out of the flat and relax. It's also a great place to meet people.

The washing machines and dryers are in a room attached to the social hub and are substantially sized so you can do a huge load at a time.

The accommodation is for students only but it doesn't matter which University you study at, although if you are studying in Leeds then there are great bus links to both unis and they are only a short walk away.

The accommodation is called IQ accommodation and they have a website you can look at. This is the only room available in the quiet block.

I am moving out as I need to go back home.
