I am looking to fill my flat mates room as she is moving back to Scotland at the end of our contract.

The flat is a two bedroom, two bathroom and the room available is the larger ensuite with built in wardrobe, I have the smaller bedroom with the family bathroom.

The flat benefits from a dishwasher, small balcony and gas! It's always super warm and in the 18 months I've lived here, we have never had to put on the heating!

Rent is £300 each as we rent unfurnished. My flat mate is taking her bed with her so you would need to purchase your own. Quick IKEA trip and job done ;)

Bills are super cheap, gas & electricity are around £36 each (this is the max they have ever been) with internet on top around £9 each. Water is £15. 50 each with Council Tax around £65. 00 PP. All in all, a fantastic location and at a great price.

Our current tenancy expires on 24th October, so I am essentially looking for someone to resign with. The tenancy is for 6 months so would run until the end of April. The agency fee is £84 inc VAT and requires references and the usual credit check.

Unfortunately the flat doesnt come with a parking space, there is parking available underground but you would need to arrange this seperately with the concierge. There are plenty of spaces underground, so parking isn't an issue albeit it is slightly expensive to park underground at £150. 00 PCM. I have a car and rent a parking space at a complex just up the road for £80. 00 again plenty of spaces there also, so renting a space isn't a problem.

I am a 24 year old young professional who works in the city centre. I work fairly long hours during the week, so on a weekend I love relaxing at home with a nice glass of wine and a film. I'm hoping to find someone whos fairly relaxed, isn't into going out and getting trashed every weekend and rolling in at 3am and who doesnt mind contributing to the cleaning. As I rent unfurnished I've very much made the flat feel like home and I'm looking for someone to do likewise. Ideally looking for a like minded young professional :)
