Double bedroom to rent in city centre flat.

Hi, my name is Paddy and I'm looking for a new flatmate to move into my place at the end of June, preferably on a 12 month basis.

My girlfriend also lives in the flat at the moment but is moving to London for work in February 2015.

The flat itself is part of the City Island complex and is a 5 - 10 minute walk from the train station with all the shops and bars a stones throw away. It's a fairly decent size 6th floor flat with a balcony looking over the river and views of Leeds city centre. There is an underground car park on site with the potential to rent a space if needs be.

As for ourselves, we're both from the north north north east of England and Have been in Leeds for 4 years. I'm 23 and working full time Monday to Friday usually working away 1-2 nights a week. I'm a very sociable fellow and not averse to the occasional beer. Very big on music and studied music tech at College & University. Charlotte is 22 and is in her final year of University, studying Business Management, friendliest girl you could hope to meet, great fun to be around and a culinary hero.

Ideally we're looking for someone of a similar age, male or female, in full time employment. Preferably somebody, easy going, tidy, with shared interests, who wants to make new friends and is happy with our setup.
