The flat is within a large Victorian house and looks out onto the garden. It is round the corner from Headingley train station and is easy walking to Headingley/Burley/Kirkstall.

There is a large shared living/dining area and kitchen. There is also a lovely garden and off-street parking.

I am a professional, 23. I work weekdays 8-5 so most evenings are fairly quiet, but weekends I enjoy going out walking, a few drinks, meals together, etc. I am looking for another professional who is clean and tidy.

Rent is £347. 50/month + bills which we will split 50/50.(Bills work out at approx £110/month each)
