Double room available for lodger

We are looking for a nice lodger in a clean, quiet house in Chapel Allerton/Chapeltown border. Very handy for city centre or the hospitals (all within 30 mins walk). As we are a multinational house an international post grad student would be ideal but anyone interesting is welcome. No party animals please. We have a double fully furnished ensuite room available (and a large cellar so plenty of storage space). There are two friendly dogs in the house. Thanks for reading and hope to hear from you soon.
