Double room in Woodhouse

Due to one of our friends dropping out, we are now looking for someone to live with. The house is in Woodhouse which is 8 mins walk from the engineering building of the university of leeds and the library pub, like 5mins from hyde park pub so fairly central. There are three of us at the moment, all girls though not very girly. I love watching football (champions league in particular) and play volleyball for the uni first team. We all love going out and partying but occasionally as all of us have social commitments and busy courses.
The house has 3 floors with a very good sized kitchen and a living room. There's only one bathroom on the first floor. All rooms are good sized double bedrooms.
