3 males seeking 1 male/female - 4 bed house

Hey everyone.

First things first, we don't actually have a property yet but are currently looking around. Our budget is £260pm for a 4 bedroomed house and we are looking for a male/female, so if this is seeming not so bad, read on.

We are three social professional guys who are fun and easy going people who get on with anyone who is nice.
Two of the housemates are smokers but only in their rooms.
Some of the many things we enjoy are movie nights (bring your blanket), the pub, board games, comedy nights, drinks in the house, table tennis (although we might not have a table to stick are net to) proper nights out and so on.
One thing we love is weekly (sometimes it slips) house dinners so if you love to cook /+ eat then you will enjoy sundays.
