Lovely modern studio in a beautiful old building

I've just finished my final exams and am looking for somebody to take over my room for the summer until the contract ends on 5th September. The studio is fully furnished and all bills are included in the price including high speed internet. Even if you're just looking for somewhere for a few weeks or the whole time that's fine! The only thing is that you have to be a student because of council tax as it is student accommodation.
