4-bedroom student house (10 mins to Leeds Uni)

I've been renting this 4-bedroom house to students for more than ten years. We always aim to create a balanced house with complementary personalities. Two of last year's tenants have chosen to stay in the house for another year of study.

Bedroom 1 (1st floor) is AVAILABLE for rental from 1 December 2024. I'm looking for a student to rent the room until the end of June or the end of August2025.

The tenants in Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 are all really nice guys (one British, one Nigerian and one Canadian).

This is a student house and we only rent to full-time students. All of the students who have lived in the house have loved it, and many have chosen to live there for several years. There are no agency fees and bills are included (gas, electricity, water and broadband).

Each of the bedrooms has a double bed, wardrobe, clothes drawers, bedside table and desk + office chair.

The shared kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, 2 fridge freezers, washing machine, dining table and lots of storage cupboards.
The shared lounge has three sofas and a coffee table.
The shared bathroom was recently refurbished with a new power shower, WC and wash basin.
