4-bedroom student house (10 mins to Leeds Uni)

I've been renting this 4-bedroom house to students for more than ten years. I always aim to create a balanced house with complementary personalities.

The house has four bedrooms, each with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk etc. One room is taken and three are available from January:
- Bedroom 1 is a large bedroom on the 1st floor
- Bedroom 2 is a medium bedroom on the 1st floor
- Bedroom 3 is a large room on the 2nd floor.

The shared kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, 2 fridge freezers, washing machine, toaster & kettle, dining table, pans, crockery and lots of storage cupboards.
The shared lounge has three sofas and a coffee table.
The shared bathroom was recently refurbished with a new power shower, WC and wash basin.

This is a student house and we only rent to full-time students. All of the students who have lived in the house have loved it, and many have chosen to live there for several years. There are no agency fees and bills are included (gas, electricity, water and broadband).
