Unfortunately I have to give up this beautiful city centre flat in Mackenzie House, Clarence Dock. I am moving away from leeds in march so need to have someone move in as soon as possible.
It is a two bed room flat, living with my friend, female, 24 who is a professional. She has the ensuite bathroom and who ever moves in will get the use of the main bathroom.
The rent is ã500 a month including bills. Wifi, council tax and electricity (water is included in the rent).
The tenancy is up on 28th July, so this is a 5 month let.
