My name is Olesja. I have been living in this lovely house for 7 years and now the time has come for me to move in with my other half. I am planning to move out of the apartment in the end of June and I am looking for someone to take over starting from 1st July 2017. The room can be made available earlier.

I have a double-room available for minimum of 6 months. The flat contains two bedrooms, living room, bathroom with bath/ jacuzzi and large kitchen, also there is a free off street car park. The room available for renting contains double bed, big built in wardrobe and a desk.

It is fully furnished and already has working internet. Most of electric appliances will be left behind as I no longer need them. The property address is Kelso Road LS2. It is located 10 minutes away from Millennium Square and 2 minutes away from Leeds University.

The price is £384 which includes water, gas and electricity. Council tax (for non students is approximately £57.00) and internet (£11.00 at the moment) are paid separately.

My housemate Milli is friendly and tidy. She is studying a lot and also works.
