The Location:

Haddon Avenue is a quiet street located in-between Kirkstall Road and Burley Road. There are plenty of bus routes at the bottom of the street to get you into the city centre quickly. Nearby is the lovely Burley Park (and Burley Park Train Station). Trains run every 30 minutes and will get you to Leeds Train Station in under 5 minutes!

Local Shops:

There are plenty of local shops less than 5 minutes from your door that include an Aldi, Asda + Iceland - there is also a huge retail complex with restaurants, a cinema and gym. All this is just a few minutes walk from the house.

Burley Park:

Burley park itself (again just 5 minutes from your door) benefits from a number of free-to-use tennis courts, a cricket pitch, basketball court, rose gardens and even a bowling green! There are also numerous free-to-use pieces of gym equipment dotted around the park.
