Room Available In Hyde Park Area For Professional Or Student!

Looking for a third room mate for our house in Hyde park as one of the girls we were due to live with has had to drop out for a year. Two friendly girls, easy to get along with and always up for a laugh. Love movie nights, cocktail nights, gym sessions, pubs, shopping, going out and socialising as well as chilled nights in. I'm on a year in industry this year so am working during the week and my housemate is going into her third year and hoping to become a primary school teacher. We have a double room available with fitted desk and wardrobes from the beginning of September for £75pw including broadband and TV licence (so not all bills).
The house is in the hessles in Hyde park so is near a Sainsbury's, not too far from burley park station and a nice walk to uni and town. I work in town and walk in and find it a nice distance. It's near a primary school and is close to student houses but slightly out so feels safer and the best of both worlds for a student or professional.
