I have a room to rent from the start of November as I am moving away with work for at least 6 months.
The house has a lovely spacious kitchen with a fantastic stove and a nice comfy lounge.
There are two double bedrooms on the first floor (with good quality, comfy mattresses on the beds) which share a large top floor bathroom.
Rich, who you will be sharing with works away quite a bit, he's tidy, chilled out, friendly and easy to get along with.
When there are two people in the house we'll have a cleaner come in every 2 weeks to give the communal areas a clean so no one ends up doing all the hoovering!
